The Role
We’re adding driven, commission-only Sales Representatives to expand our commercial and high-end residential pipeline. You’ll prospect, qualify, and close new business by activating your network and partnering with our engineering/ops team to scope and deliver best-in-class projects. Target relationships you’ll cultivate:- Commercial: General contractors, builders, architects, designers, property managers, IT managers.
- Residential: High-net-worth homeowners, interior designers, architects, estate/property managers.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt and develop opportunities across the territory; conduct site walks and discovery.
- Align client needs with scope (drawings/specs, retrofit plans, or ground-up).
- Collaborate with our technical team on proposals and value-engineered options.
- Manage the sales cycle to close; maintain clean pipeline hygiene.
- Represent Platinum with polish—on job sites, in client meetings, and online.
What You Bring
- Proven sales chops (low-voltage, A/V, construction, or related industry preferred).
- A strong local network among GCs, builders, architects/designers, or HNW clientele.
- Self-starter energy: prospecting discipline, relationship building, and deal closing.
- Comfort reading plans/specs and translating technical needs into clear scopes.
Earnings & Support
- Unlimited earning potential with a clear commission structure:
- ≤ $10,000 jobs: 10% of net profit
- $10,000–$100,000: 8% of net profit
- $100,000+: 5% of net profit
